My book of choice for lessons this week! Too Many Carrots is a story about a little rabbit who is just a *tad* greedy when it comes to hoarding his precious 🥕’s and learns a very valuable lesson. It is the CUTEST. There’s so much you can do with this one too: making predictions (rabbit seems pretty predictable as we turn the pages of this story), series of events (ordering animals that are introduced), problem and solution, character traits (describing rabbit and how he changed from the beginning to the end), STEM (build your own house for rabbit and his carrots), or add it to a math lesson (counting carrots)!
Hoping everyone had a wonderful Easter! 🐰 🥕
BOOKS SAVE LIVES. The end ☺️

As the students are completing their chosen directed drawings of influential and inspiring women from history...I have been reading exerts and quotes!
